Andrew DeFord is a lifelong Iowan and dedicated piano technician with over 10 years of experience. Owner of his own piano tuning & repair business as well as a small used piano store, he founded PianoOps to empower the next generation of technicians to succeed as independent professionals. Raised in a pastoral family—his father has served as a pastor since Andrew’s birth—he met his wife, Jennifer, at their church. Together on their four acre rural home, they raise their music-loving daughter, Emma, and actively serve their local community and church. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing the piano, disc golf and annual hiking trips to Colorado, a tradition for the past 14 years. Piano technician work is his dream job.

Noe Azar is an Iowa-based software engineer, devoted husband, and passionate father. Working in the software industry since 2012, Noe is driven by a desire to build software that genuinely serves the people who rely on it. Grateful for the many mentors and influences who have invested in his life, Noe mentors other men in their careers, marriages, and financial stewardship, with faith at the center of how he lives and works.

Josh Joseph is a software engineer from Michigan who came to faith in Christ in 2023-2024, transforming from agnosticism to devoted believer. With a deep passion for crafting quality software, he strives to create products that delight users with both elegant design and a robust and well thought out experience. Josh desires to build something sustainable where he can pursue his calling and serve God with the technical gifts he has been given.
